Has Each Piece Been Laundered Before Shipping?
All items in our collection have either been laundered or (eco-friendly) dry cleaned. Each piece is also steam-cleaned prior to shipping to ensure your garment arrives fresh and clean.
How Do You Rate the Condition of Each Item in the Collection?
Any piece that comes through Post + People is evaluated thoroughly to check for fabric imperfections, wear and tear, odors, any visible signs of damage and/or staining. Our priority is providing you with the best quality and fit. We will not resell any items that have excessive damage.

Our secondhand pieces are sorted by condition, so you know what to expect before you make your purchase. We will also make note of any visible marks outside of general wear and tear in the product description of each item.

There Are a Few Items on the Website That Are Marked as Oversized. What Does Oversized Mean?
Some of the pieces in the collection are intended to fit a little more oversized than you may be used to. Oversized pieces can be a great way to reimagine how a piece can be styled by either layering, tucking, or folding sleeves. We love to see how our community styles each piece in their own unique way so feel free to tag us @postandpeople to be featured on our social feeds with your favorite Post + People item.
How Often Do You Drop New Pieces?
We drop new items on Thursday mornings. To stay in the know, sign up for our POSTcard at the bottom right hand of our homepage and you'll never miss a thing!
When Will My Order Ship?
We ship all orders on Mondays. Depending on which shipping service you selected at checkout, your package should arrive approximately 2-10 business days after it's been shipped.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by emailing hello@wearepostandpeople.com We generally process orders within 24 hours, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Can I Send You My Own Garments For Consignment?
At this time, we are not taking any items on consignment. Feel free to email us at hello@wearepostandpeople.com and we will do our best to help you find a consignment store in your neighborhood.
