Return & Exchange Policy

All clothing items are pre-loved, which means they may have some small show of wear.

We carefully inspect each piece to ensure nothing is damaged before we sell it. If there are any small flaws in the garment, we will note it in the product description. Before purchasing, please read over garment sizes to ensure accuracy for fit.

We want you to love your Post + People piece, but we also understand that buying online can have its challenges, and we want you to feel confident that you are making the right choice. If your item arrives and you are unhappy with your selection, products can be exchanged for merchandise (store) credit. 

We will accept returns within 10 days of purchase.

**Before returning your item, please email hello@wearepostandpeople.com to process your return.  You must return your item back to our warehouse to receive a merchandise (store) credit.

Sorry, no exchange for sale or discounted items.

Exchange Conditions 

For all exchanges:

  • Items must be received in the same condition as shown online at the original date of purchase.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • You must present a valid receipt

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When shipping an item back for a return, please ship to:

Be sure that items are in original condition, it is not the responsibility of Post + People if your items are returned to us, and arrive broken or damaged, as you are liable to send the items back in the condition, they were sent to you.
